Is Exercise Physiology Covered by my NDIS Plan?
Our services address a wide range of physical and neurological conditions. Each program is designed to support your specific goals, condition, and functional needs.
Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living
Our services can be funded under this category to help you build functional skills and increase independence in daily life. This includes therapy-based Exercise Physiology that supports safer movement at home, daily task participation, and reduced reliance on support; delivered by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
Capacity Building – Improved Health & Wellbeing
Our services can be funded under this category to support your physical health, strength, and participation in an active lifestyle. This includes fitness-focused Exercise Physiology programs that boost energy, mobility, and confidence through safe, goal-orientated movement; delivered by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
Core – Transport
Our services can be funded under this category to support you with reliable and supportive travel services to and from your exercise physiology programs. Greater Health can provide a qualified Support Worker to assist with transportation when requested.

No, you can self-refer or ask your Support Coordinator to contact us.
No, Greater Health pays your casual entry fees for your sessions.
Greater Health can provide a qualified support worker to assist with transporting you to and from your session, as long as this falls in line with of your NDIS goals.
It can be covered under Core Supports (Support Worker Transport assistance/services)
We support clients with a range of conditions including chronic pain, neurological conditions (e.g. MS, CP), cardiovascular disease, diabetes, fatigue, mental health challenges, and mobility limitations.
