Greater Health Offers Exercise Physiology

Personalised movement programs for better health and independence.

Our Exercise Physiology services are designed to help you regain control of your physical health through movement. Whether you’re living with a chronic condition, recovering from an injury, or managing a disability, our programs are tailored to meet your individual needs, goals, and environment.

Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) are university-qualified professionals who use evidence-based exercise interventions to support clients in improving strength, mobility, and everyday function. We offer flexible delivery—at home, in the community, or in a partnered gym.

Who We Support:

Helping you manage conditions and live independently.

Our services address a wide range of physical and neurological conditions. Each program is designed to support your specific goals, condition, and functional needs.

Chronic Pain

Gentle, structured exercise can reduce pain sensitivity, improve function, and build confidence in daily movement.

Cardiovascular & Metabolic Conditions

Programs are designed to manage blood pressure, improve heart health, and support conditions like diabetes, high cholesterol, or obesity.

Musculoskeletal Injuries:

We assist with injury rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, and long-term joint or muscle issues through targeted movement.

Neurological & Developmental Conditions:

Our therapists work with individuals managing conditions such as stroke, cerebral palsy, MS, autism, and developmental delays—supporting function, coordination, and independence.

Mental Health & Fatigue-Related Conditions

Exercise can enhance mental well-being, reduce anxiety or depression, and help manage fatigue in conditions like CFS, fibromyalgia, or PTSD.

What’s Included in Your Program?

Everything you need for safe, structured, and meaningful progress.

Our sessions are designed to be thorough, flexible, and focused on long-term outcomes. Here’s what each client can expect:

Initial Consultation and Assessment

We begin with a detailed session to understand your health history, goals, and physical capabilities. Functional tests are conducted to assess mobility, strength, balance, and endurance.

Tailored Exercise Program

Your program is uniquely built to suit your needs—delivered at home, in a local gym, or a community setting. All exercises are safe, achievable, and progressive.

Progress Tracking and Outcome Reporting

We monitor your improvement over time, adapting your program as needed. Reports can be shared with referring doctors, support coordinators, or case managers if applicable.

Collaboration with Your Care Team
