Overview of Exercise Physiology

At Greater Health, we specialize in exercise physiology — using movement and structured physical activity as a clinically proven tool to improve health, function, and independence.

Our programs are tailored for people living with disability, chronic conditions, or recovering from injury. We help clients improve mobility, build strength, manage pain, and restore function in a way that’s safe, sustainable, and focused on their personal goals.

We believe health is more than the absence of illness — it’s about building the capacity to live well.

Whether you’re working toward greater independence, recovering from surgery, or managing a long-term condition, we’re here to help you move forward with confidence.
